My daughter had to go through her bank to get all of her money back. Why would anyone buy gold coins? The point of gambling is to try to win money (real money) not for just fun. I recently was charged for $10 which if you played Chumba you know that the $10 purchase is for gold coins which is worth noting. When we write a dispute about the overcharged situation they stated that there’s nothing wrong on there end and that they didn’t see any overcharges.
Myself and my daughter have played Chumba and we both have had problems with them charging us 2 and 3 times per each purchase.
